All our connectors can be supplied pre-wired with pigtails!

We know how hard some terminals are to crimp, having the right crimper with the right tooling can prove expensive.

So it may be good to know that we have a vast array of crimping machines and tooling which allows us to offer a manufacturing service to have any connector pre-wired with a selection of wire length and colours, from 1 piece to 1000 pieces.

Simply select the wire length you need, we currently offer the following lengths of 300mm, 500mm, 800mm, 1500 and 3000mm, then select the colour of the wire you need.

Should you need multiple colours of wire, simply divide the number of pigtails by the colours you need.

For example, if you require 100 x 3 WAY connectors (300 pigtails), each with 1 x Red wire, 1 x Black wire and 1 x Yellow wire, simply select 100 of each colour.

If you need multiple colours, the pigtails will be delivered with the connectors separately so you can install them in your required order of colour.

Make sure you add enough pigtails to cover the amount of connectors you are ordering for. If you are ordering housings which do not require tails with an order for housings with tails, be sure to specify which housings you require them for, otherwise we will send the tails loose (uncrimped).

For example, if you need 100 x 3 WAY connectors, you need to add 300 pigtails, 100 x 5 WAY connectors add 500 pigtails.
