Ordering

  1. How do I order from you?     We accept online orders only 
  2. Do you accept purchase orders via email? No. We do not accept purchase orders via email. Please place your order online.
  3. Can I place an order from outside of the UK?     Yes, we ship orders Worldwide.
  4. I am ordering from the EU, will I pay VAT?    No, as from 01.01.2021 any order from the EU will not be charged VAT.
  5. My order has been processed but I want to cancel it. You can cancel your order anytime before it is processed, once processed it is too late to prevent shipping as it will be awaiting collection.
  6. I ordered a part that shows out of stock.    Don't worry, the order will ship as soon as new stock is received, normally within 7-14 days.
  7. Can I order on "Pro-forma" terms?     Yes, at checkout select payment option "Proforma Invoice" and place the order, we will email the proforma invoice with payment details.
  8. Can I add more parts to my order once placed?     No, we can not amend the order once placed and paid for. Contact us to cancel the order and you can then re-order.
  9. Is there a minimum amount I must order. Any minimum order is stated on the product page.

Payment

  1. What payment options do I have?    You can pay for your order online using PayPal, a debit or credit card, or bank transfer to our account
  2. What currency can I pay in?    We accept orders and payments in GBP, EURO or USD, simply change the currency at the top of the page.
  3. What happens if my order does not arrive?    If you do not receive your order, we will reship it to you or refund you in full.
  4. When do you take payment?    You make payment at the time of ordering.

Shipping

  1. What are the shipping costs?    Costs vary on your location and service required, you can get a shipping cost in the shopping cart.
  2. I think my order is lost?    Contact us so we can resolve this with a new shipment or a refund if we are unable to locate it.
  3. Can I collect my order?    No, we do not offer a collection service at any of our warehouses.
  4. I have received my order but a part is missing?     Please check your shipping note, it will state the reason. Some orders are fulfilled from more than one of our warehouses, or the part may be a back order part and is to be shipped separately in a few days.

Returns

  1. I think I have bought too many parts, can I return them?     If you are a business customer, we do not accept returns of excess parts.
  2. My part has arrived damaged, can I return it.     If your part is received damaged, please contact us to replace it, usually it is not necessary to return damaged parts.

  1. My part is not listed, can you help?    We can help source any part if you have the part number, email your part number to our sales team.
  2. Do you offer discount?    Our discount prices are shown on the product page, further discount available on bulk, contact us.
  3. I need a connector for my Ford Mondeo rear fog light?  Unfortunately we do not know every connector on every car/bike/boat etc and can only help if you know the part number.
  4. I have found a cheaper price!    We strive to offer the best prices for original parts, many websites offer cheaper fake or copy parts. If you find a lower price for any original part we will beat it. Get in touch.
  5. Can you offer a rolling delivery?    Yes, we can offer batch deliveries on a weekly or monthly basis.
  6. We are a vehicle/machinery manufacturer, do you offer bespoke pricing.    Yes, we offer special bulk pricing to manufacturers, please get in touch with your requirements (minimum 1,000 pcs per part) .
