WAREHOUSE ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

As a worldwide wholesaler, we can not always offer a same day/next day service or collection.

We aim to ship your order within 5 working days

As our stock is shipped from both our UK sites, but also our Shenzen site on occasion, you are welcome to stock check any parts with our warehouse before ordering via Email or Whatsapp from our contact page.


If you have a specific delivery schedule, please contact us before ordering to confirm we can accommodate it (we will do our best).


Our order system is fully automated between our 3 warehouses and you will be notified by email when the order status changes, so there is no need to "chase" your order unless 5 working days have passed. Our sales staff can not influence order processing times.

Stock orders are usually shipped within 24 hrs after the order has been processed.  

Some orders if stock does not fulfil may be shipped direct from the Manufacturer, in which case delivery time may be extended to 10 working days.

Orders which become a back order or "add to" order will be shipped within 10 working days.

Any orders which we are unable to fulfil within 14 working days will be refunded in full unless we are advised otherwise.

We do not offer a collection service from our warehouses, please contact our trade counter for this service.

We ship worldwide using cost effective shipping options, should you wish to use a specific service, please contact us before ordering.


ORDER STATUS MEANING;

Order Pending - Order received and is awaiting acceptance and processing

Order Processing - Order is accepted, is being validated and stock allocated

Order Processed - Stock has been allocated to your order and is awaiting shipping from our warehouse or receipt direct from the Manufacturer

Order Shipped - Order has been shipped and is on its way to you.

Back order - Your order contains a part/s which is out of stock, this part will be shipped out when new stock arrives normally within 14 days. When we run out of stock we already have new stock on order.

We accept online payments using all major card.

We offer online payment in GBP, EURO or USD through PayPal - You do not need a PayPal account, and you can pay with all major debit and credit cards.

PayPal comes with a money back guarantee should you not receive your order.




BANK TRANSFER

We offer the option of payment by bank transfer for Companies in GBP or EURO.

Select the option to pay by Bank Transfer at checkout.

You will be supplied with the details you need to make the payment to our Company account.

Payment must be made within 7 days or the order will be cancelled.

Goods will not be shipped until the funds are received by our accounts.
