Our Warehouse and shipping teams are working normally but with a reduced number of workers.

Imports and exports are flowing normally.

All staff are working within sensible guidelines which include distancing, regular hand washing, and all employees have personal hand sanitizers.

Should you need delivery to be expedited, please contact us BEFORE placing any order so we can discuss the delivery options with you prior.

All orders are being processed and shipped as normal although shipping time may be longer than the usual 24hrs.

If you place an order, we will do our very best to dispatch it as soon as possible.

Delivery throughout Europe is likely to be significantly extended, especially to France, Spain and Italy. Please be patient awaiting your order.

Orders are normally processed within 24 hrs of receipt during work days, but during busy periods may be extended.

Orders placed outside of our working hours (after 4:30pm)  will be processed within 24 hrs of our next working day.

Stock orders are usually shipped within 48 hrs, but during busy periods may be extended.  

Some orders (particularly over 1000 pieces) may be shipped direct from the Manufacturer, in which case delivery time may be extended to 10 working days.

Orders which become a back order or "add to" order will be shipped within 10 working days.

Any orders which we are unable to fulfill within 14 working days will be refunded in full unless we are advised otherwise.

We do not offer a collection service.

We ship worldwide using cost effective shipping options, should you wish to use a specific service, please contact us before ordering.


Order Pending - Order received and is awaiting acceptance and processing

Order Processing - Order is accepted, is being validated and stock allocated

Order Processed - Stock has been allocated to your order and is awaiting shipping from our warehouse or receipt direct from the Manufacturer

Order Shipped - Order has been shipped and is on its way to you.

If you have a specific delivery schedule, please contact us before ordering to confirm we can accommodate it.




We offer online payment through PayPal - You do not need a PayPal account, and you can pay with all major debit and credit cards.

PayPal comes with a money back guarantee should you not receive your order.


We offer the option of payment by bank transfer for Companies in GBP or EURO.

Select the option to pay by Bank Transfer at checkout.

You will be supplied with the details you need to make the payment to our Company account.

Payment must be made within 7 days or the order will be cancelled.

Goods will not be shipped until the funds are received by our accounts.



If you are outside the UK and have a valid EU VAT registration number, you can buy VAT FREE.

After you have added the products you need to your basket, view the shopping cart and add the coupon code EUVAT and please make sure you remember to add

your EU VAT number in to the information box. We will check the validity of ALL VAT numbers. If your VAT number is not valid, you must pay the VAT amount or

the order will be cancelled.
