Product description

Does not include terminals and seals

The Component: Genuine Aptiv (formerly Delphi) 240PC024S8014 (Alternative: 240PC024S8014-B) 2-way female automotive sealed connector housing. DCS 1.5 Series 2-position single-row socket receptacle carrier block (Grey / PBT / Sealed / Fuel Injector Plug / Loose Piece).

Applications & Fitment: Engineered as the definitive factory original equipment (OE) replacement repair pigtail for common rail diesel and high-pressure gasoline fuel injectors. Extensively specified across global engine platforms including Ford, Renault (Scenic, Megane), Nissan, Mazda, Infiniti, and Kia. This critical fuel delivery interface handles extreme voltage pulses required to actuate injector valves under punishing engine vibrations. Highly vulnerable to tab latch snapping, inner terminal lane corrosion, or perimeter seal degradation from hot engine oil and fuel vapors, causing rough idling or engine misfires.
